ProTemps Staffing Solutions started with the trade name Professional Temporaries in 1979. As the business evolved, full staffing services began to play a bigger and bigger roll. Businesses not only needed temporary workers, they wanted to use ProTemps for other staffing needs, like hiring full time employees, temporary to full time or as it is often called, “temp to perm”, payroll solutions and more. While the business started by providing temporary clerical staffing, it now provides everything from general labor to supervisors and from receptionists and data entry staff to sales staff, customer service representatives and senior administration staff.
The owners of ProTemps Staffing Solutions are Judy and Norman Noel. Both with business backgrounds, they saw the need for staffing solutions on the mid shore. The company has grown as the industry and economy have changed, and the need for staffing help has become a major concern for area business.
